Before you ask.
How fast will my gifts be ready?
Usually 3–5 days from pickup or drop-off. Need it sooner? Rush service gets you there within 48 hours for 25% more.
Can I ask for a specific look?
Yes. Tell us exactly what you want (colors, paper, ribbon, theme, or different papers for different people) and we'll send a photo of the first gift for your OK before wrapping the rest.
How do you keep my gifts safe?
Every item is counted, photographed and tagged when we receive it and again when we return it. Gifts are stored in a locked room and travel in covered, waterproof totes. We never post your gifts or home without permission.
Is there anything you won't wrap?
We don't accept cash, firearms, perishables or live animals. For anything worth more than $1,000, let us know: we recommend an in-home session so it never leaves your house (regular in-home pricing applies).
How do deposits and payment work?
We take payment in person. Drop-off, pickup and delivery orders: no deposit, you pay when your gifts come home. In-home sessions: a 50% deposit holds your date and the rest is due at the end of the session; we'll arrange the deposit with you when we confirm. Cancel or reschedule free up to 48 hours ahead.
Do you only wrap for the holidays?
No. Birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, teacher gifts, weddings. Share your important dates and we'll send a friendly reminder before each one.
